With regards to my concerns re toning up, I have the perfect diet (normal food eaten properly - slimming world - thank goodness for that!!!) but after running around after 2 under 5's and then trying to keep a house and do a million other jobs - finding the time and the motivation to exercise seems so hard. I so want to tone up - for me its not so much about being a certain size/weight, its abuot being confident and comfortable and I so want to get there, I'm just finding the journey difficult.
Hope that sums it up.
